Terms of Service

1. Who we are

“Vetron”, “we” and “us” mean Vetron, LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Delaware, USA. Our products (the “Services”) are digital subscriptions delivered online.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a subscription.

3. The Services

Our products are subscription-based digital applications for self-awareness, habit tracking and health education. What each product includes is described before purchase. We may improve, change or retire features over time. Some products also offer optional one-time programs. These are charged once, are not subscriptions, and give access for as long as the product is operated.

4. Not medical advice

The Services are educational and self-help tools. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, do not diagnose any condition, and do not replace a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or have a health concern, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services. Where a product includes AI-generated answers, they are produced automatically and may be inaccurate.

5. Subscriptions, billing and automatic renewal

• Plans are sold for a fixed period. The price and period are shown before you pay.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same period and at the same price, and your payment method is charged unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details. Receipts and all account emails come from us, not from Stripe. Charges appear on your card statement under the name of the product you purchased, for example QUITZY APP.
• If we ever change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
• One-time programs are charged once, to the payment method you choose or to the one you just used when you accept an offer right after a purchase. They never renew.
• Special prices shown during or right after checkout apply only at that moment. They are not available later, when the regular price applies.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time with the “manage your subscription” link in any receipt we email you, or by emailing support@quitzyapp.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Access is personal and may not be shared or resold.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services: no harassment or sharing of explicit or illegal content in any community or chat feature, no attempts to break, scrape or reverse-engineer the Services, and no use that violates the law. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

9. Intellectual property

All content in the Services — lessons, text, audio, design and software — belongs to Vetron, LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial purposes while your subscription is active.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is”. We do not promise any particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vetron, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory protections.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be communicated by email or in the app.
